In furtherance, to making sure that Yanagawa associates have all the resources needed to comply fully, we at Yanagawa of South Carolina have established the "YSC Risk Management/Compliance and Ethics Program" and enacted our "Business Risk Management/Compliance & Ethics Policy". YSC understands that it’s good business ... we are dedicated to practicing and maintaining good compliance and ethics; identifying, eliminating and reducing the business risk, legal liability; and protecting earnings and shareholder value. We work continuously to enhance our reputation and our ability to attract and retain customers. All Yanagawa Associates are responsible for making choices that are consistent with our commitment to our governance program! This commitment and the resulting mandatory training helps us to monitor for non-compliance; make informed business decisions; and avoid inadvertent/deliberate violations of laws, regulations, and company policies. It was put in place for all associates to have the information needed regarding YSC's expectations and guidelines as related to business risks/non-conformance to laws and regulations. Our program will help to answer compliance or ethics questions and give the steps to follow so that concerns and issues are submitted for review and are addressed in a timely manner. Any associate or concerned party do business with Yanagawa of South Carolina can report irregularities or non-compliance to YSC management without fear of retribution. These reports are handled confidentially and each inquiry will be addressed without hesitation. |
